The ISV65-400 × 80C pipeline oil suction filter has the following characteristics:
a) Equipped with a visual sensor: As the filter element gradually becomes clogged with oil, the red signal ring inside the observation window of the visual sensor rises slowly. When the red signal ring rises to a higher position (completely red inside the observation window), it indicates that the filter element has been clogged with oil to the point where it needs to be cleaned or replaced. After cleaning or replacing the filter element, press the reset button to make the red signal ring slide down
b) Electric transmitter: When the filter element is blocked by oil pollution and the vacuum degree at the oil outlet is -0.018Mpa, the micro switch inside the transmitter will actuate, sending a switch signal indicating that the filter element should be replaced after cleaning. If it cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element, the bypass valve located inside the filter cover will automatically open, and the opening pressure is: vacuum degree -0.02Mpa.
c) Equipped with a bypass valve: When the filter element is blocked by oil and the vacuum degree at the oil outlet is -0.02Mpa, the bypass valve will automatically open to avoid faults such as suction in the oil pump.
